Added 2024-11-11 13:09:56 +0000 UTCAlthough I am happy to be a civilian now, I was happy to serve in the Army for 10 years active. Alex served 4 years active and 4 years Guard. The best thing about the Army was the people and sense of purpose, service, and discipline. The worst part, as those of you who served may know, was the politics and sometimes toxic traits that would inevitably become present.
But politics aside, we can all look back on our service with pride.

2024-11-11 23:03:59 +0000 UTCThere were a lot of command opportunities. I ended up meeting a boss that gave me a job in group at Bragg. That’s where I got all the schools. I spent time at Knox, Stewart and Bragg stateside.
