I’ve been sleeping nude for a year or two now. I dunno if it has benefits like they say for circulation but it’s certainly much more comfortable. Going braless has been nice too. I stopped wearing a bra in 2020. But still wore one too work back when I was in army (obviously) and when I worked corporate. But now working for Alex he lets me go braless haha. Hopefully there is some benefit.

As far as sleeping nude, and I understand for a man it is different, I have slept in the nude since I was 16 and in a waterbed for the past 32 years. To me the waterbed (full waveless mattress) gives me a much sounder sleep which allows me to actually sleep less and still feel refreshed in the morning as I typically get between 5 to 6 hours of sleep a night and I'm one of those people who is out and sound asleep ten seconds after my head hits the pillow, and yes, my wife is so jealous about that!
