Inspired by a Painting (Top and Appreciation)
Added 2024-09-04 14:37:23 +0000 UTCMy grandad who I grew up with had several paintings. He wasnt an artist, he was a businessman, but I could tell he appreciated art. Several of the paintings were landscapes and a few were of nude women. I wish I had a photo of the painting I used for reference here but sadly I do not.
I remember seeing the painting which had incredible detail of a woman's parts, her legs, and arched foot, her stomach and breasts. Her face was concealed. As a teenager I did not get a sense of the image being something vulgar but rather an appreciation of the female body.
I asked Steph to recreate the pose for me after I told her the story. She did a great job and now I can relive those moments. I do not have this photo hanging on my wall however.
