... Yeah no, I think it's a dream after all. Banjo's using his claw to tear into Conker's swimming trunks, revealing the net underneath... (Am I the only one who thinks those are super hot?) Either way, the final version was a bit more... forceful on that approach.

I forgot to mention that Conker has water wings the whole time, whereas he doesn't bring them in the final version... It makes sense since he had no intention of swimming extensively, but he looks adorable with them on. Come on, I know I'm not the only one who thinks so!

Page 10 right here is very reminiscent of page 19 of the final version, with Conker putting his legs over Banjo's shoulders while he's digging deep... Panels were replaced with bubbles (and by the way, that last bubble in the final version is Conker's heart... It's not immediately obvious that's what it is, but I tried to make it accurate! (A few ba-bum ba-bum would've made it more obvious, in hindsight).

I'm including page 11 to this one since it has so little to show... Surprise surprise! Conker shoots his load in the pool, naughty boy.

He isn't being resuscitated unlike the final version; I remember Banjo being like "Hey, bud... Uhh, did you just... in the water?" Conker's justifiably embarrassed and they quickly leave the pool. No drowning in this prototype!
