I liked this shot so much in the first comic page that I decided to bring it back! It looks much better here, I remember thinking to myself, "Wow, I really pulled it off. Style~!"
I still wince when I look at my old art, but I think I've gotten to a point where I don't mind it a lot anymore. Yeah, I could probably draw this better! I've actually thought of redrawing part 1 of the finished version, but ultimately I decided that my crusty style was part of the experience. It's like when people redraw Mario's NES sprite with modern colours! It had charm, man. Let the past be flawed.
