Look at this guy, dressed up in all flashy clothes! He's all prepped up for a trip in town to play bowling and grab a milkshake, hit the arcades... Being a groovy, bad boy~ (But not too bad. He'd never smoke!)

I can only imagine how his parents would have felt about his fashion style, considering they both work at their desk jobs... Truthfully, as much as Bumper might think his parents are boring and stuck-up, they're pretty lenient with him. If anything, they really encouraged him to go out and have fun with friends – they'd be the ones who would've bought him this suit, if he was a teen in the 80's! All they ask in return is that he doesn't get in any trouble, and that he's back home before it's too late.
