She’s always been pretty lean. But around 2014 she started running and doing CrossFit out of the blue. I didn’t think much of it but next thing I new she had abs and was extremely fit (from my perspective). She then completed 4 marathons and 3 bikini fitness shows winning one of them. The point is change won’t come overnight, and one hour a day devoted towards some goal can overtime make a huge difference.
