Small July changes

Coming July I want to swap things up a bit and start doing themed patreon polls. I've been doing open polls where any character goes but I'd like to diversify the polls and allow for characters revolving around the theme of the month to be suggested! Possibly move into small vinette comics or duo-character/ couple polls some months.

Example: Lets say for the month of July I want to see suggestions from video games released int the 90's, or another month I request that characters suggested be born in a certain month or year.

The second item is that I've added more weight/ influence to the votes for higher tiers. Starting July:

Peeper tier votes are worth 2
Magestic Birb tier votes are worth 3
Any commission tier and above is worth 5
