Hey everyone, welcome to another month. We have alot of concepts planned and I'm sure we will be posting a lot of unplanned content as well.
Here is the first round of edits for the most recent body paint shoot. "Battle Dress Uniform"
Steph actually painted her entire lower half and was able to match the paint Shay the make up artist did on top. I was pretty impressed.
I wanted to go out in the woods with this concept in addition to a studio concept however it was raining pretty hard.
I may print one of these. My favorite is the black and white "snow camo" shot.
She was freezing cold in some of these photos because I had to turn the heater off to use smoke, then in other shots she was really warm, which explains the anatomy difference in some of the shots lol.
Overall the shoot took 1.5 hrs and the body paint took 8 hrs.
I used 3 lens. All Canon RF glass 85mm 1.2 a 50mm 1.2 and a 28-70 f2.
My settings differed because I used continuous light for some and strobe for others.
For continuous light my settings would be around f1.2 shutter of 1/200 and an ISO of 800
For Strobe I was at f11 1/250 and an ISO of 100.
