Someone did ask me how is Steph's personality. I thought that was a really interesting question... I know her really well obviously, and see her much differently than you may see her. I can say a few things... She is one of the kindest people I have met, she is extremely organized, she's motivated by making people happy. Every boss she has ever worked for has made efforts to retain her longer than normal due to that mentality of pleasing others and getting the job done. That mentality is a weakness however when it comes to working for herself which she hasnt done for too long. She doesn't know how to please or get the job done when she is her own boss.
