Fitness and Nutrition

A big part of Steph’s lifestyle is staying active but one of her biggest passions (i don’t think I’ve mentioned) is cooking, specifically cooking with wholesome ingredients. The hardest part for most people when it comes to fitness is maintaining a clean diet and making it part of your life. She believes your efforts should be rewarded and you should appreciate your body as a result.

We always use the analogy of someone with a beautiful Porsche 911 or some crazy sports car that just leaves it in the garage and never uses it or showed it off.

Steph enjoys fitness, clean eating and then being comfortable with nudity. Seven never been to a nude beach or anything like that but she’d definitely do it if given the opportunity.

If anyone is interested in what her routine is like it’s fairly simple:

Set aside 1 hour for exercise. (That can be difficult sometimes) usually it’s 3 runs days a week 5-6 miles with ab and core exercise then it’s 3 lift days a week mainly focusing on lower body strength and upper body tone.

For breakfast she usually has an avocado on whole grain bread with and egg and some fruit. Lunch is a salad with some sort of protein and dinner is a lean meat, salad and some starch like brown rice. She has one piece of dark chocolate 87% as a dessert and usually one glass or two of red wine. Through the day she drinks a lot of water. (That’s very important to weight loss and management) and she supplements with some vitamins. We do eat out a couple times a month but it’s never fast food. Just a local restaurant that offers healthy options. On occasion we may order a pizza.

The more you do it the easier it gets. The biggest factor is your mindset and how bad you want it.
