As you may know she’s big into her workouts and appreciating the results. As of this month she’s no longer a certified personal trainer but she’s still trying to help people be active and live healthier. Some of the best things you can do are committing to a time where you allow yourself to be active, going to the gym, playing sports, going for a run or a bike ride, but along with that eating clean, drinking water. Take a moment to look at the ingredients of the food you buy. Unfortunately these days a lot of research is required to understand what is good food and what is not. I’ll let her write up more about that if anyone is interested but it’s definitely a topic she’s got me thinking about.
