I posted this months ago but was too shy and did not include me fully in the gallery. But I have since shared this gallery privately with some friends and even some of you on this platform who gave me some good feedback and supported me sharing on Patreon. The biggest piece of feedback I got that was that it was more of a complete picture, and narrative, having both of us in the shoot.

Steph insisted I join her in this shoot, I had planned to just be of her.

My concept was a woman getting home from work, undressing, taking a bath with a glass of wine, maybe she is reading a newspaper and in a classy fashion giving in to her vice and smoking a (fake) cigarette (Steph doesn't smoke, nor do I)

As I was photographing Steph, she asked if I would get in with her. I said no, but then thought, the whole point of why I am photographing her is to make memories and art, and to have fun, why not join her. So I let my guard down, and I am glad I did, I (we) captured an unplanned and authentic moment with each other.

I needed a prop so I got a cigar from a box of Cuban cigars someone gave me as payment a while back. I didn't smoke it but it tasted good.

After the bath (I don't think I have ever used the bath tub, I just take fast showers) we went downstairs and made a drink.

In a way the shoot concept became somewhat a reality. There was this excitement of Steph being this stranger, a beautiful woman, and as funny as this sounds, circumstance happen to find us taking a romantic bath together and sharing in our vices. I don't know if that would happen in the real world but it's fun to dream.
