Added 2022-09-03 14:09:20 +0000 UTCLast night we went to the James River for this shoot. I've been trying to do it for some time but was waiting for the weather and schedules to line up.
These are some quick looks, I plan to sit down and edit the gallery and video soon.
The water felt really nice. If you are in the RVA area, take a trip to the river sometime this fall.
Anyway, I was shooting all natural light obviously. A strobe would of been nice but I didnt want to carry it in the water and on the hike. I knew I wanted the bridge in the background. The sweater was her idea, and I think it works better than the nude looks? What do you think?
I was at f/1.2-1.4 to give the photos a blurry or dreamy look using a 50mm lens.
