Morning Stretch

While Steph is very comfortable with her body, sometimes I doubt myself as an artist of what I should showcase and what I should keep personal.
She is a beautiful woman, and deserves attention, but I have the difficult job of presenting her in a respectful manner. As a guy, if I did not know her, have a relationship with her, I would be very attracted to her physically. The emotional connection adds to that attraction immensely; and is something worth trying to portray in the artworks as well.

Alex, I personally think you overthink it. From everything I've seen, there's nothing but respect for your wife in the way you compose and crop your photos. Steph lends herself to walking that thin line of you weren't the photographer you are. I think most of your photos bring out the best in Steph. And even the selfies she takes are erotic, sensual and almost innocent at the same time. And as a beginning photographer myself, that is the one thing I seen to have the hardest time with: capturing that innocence while doing a nude shoot. It's a skill for sure.

2022-08-18 18:37:32 +0000 UTCI think you guys do a great job balancing art, sensuality and doing that respectfully (definitely art leaning). She is beautiful, but it feels like seeing things you admire instead of lust after if that makes sense. As a photographer, I think the work from both of you is stellar.
