Yeah, the creative for this issue is a lot older than our current work, so things are a little different now. Mainly we started with surprise (wow, this laxative is stronger than I thought!) to discomfort (ooh, I really have to go now) to panic (I don't think I can hold it) and then back to more intense discomfort (oh god, it's so hard to hold it) but always with that undertone of panic creeping back through (I can't hold it and there's nowhere to go!) In answer to your question - we've done the hold it contests a little differently this year, and we haven't decided exactly how we'll do round 3 yet, but rest assured the 2024 final will be back to our usual format - 3 pretty ladies, 3 heavy doses of laxative, last one to poop wins the prize!
