rule refresher - Sadie's Laxative Challenge

Hey there, Patrons!  As we have another Sadie's Laxative Challenge issue coming your way in just 24 hours, I thought I'd post an update on exactly how it works.  This isn't essential reading if you don't care about the technicalities and you just want to see a pretty lady squirm with an urgent load in her butt, but if you want to know how we've made Sadie's Laxative Challenge as fair as possible for all competitors, read on!

The basic premise of Sadie's Laxative Challenge is that we take a willing volunteer in the form of a cute female adult performer, we give her a dose of my Special Laxative Formula, and she tries to hold in her poop for a full 30 minutes to receive the Big Cash Bonus.

Of course, it isn't quite as simple as that.  We can't just give a girl a laxative and expect things to happen the same every time, so after a lot of experimentation here at Cabra HQ (more details in a future issue!) we came up with the following plan:

9am, the day before the shoot, our willing performer arrives at Cabra HQ, reviews the legal stuff and signs the forms.  At 10am, we take her to the bathroom where she has her final opportunity to poop before the challenge starts in 25 hours.  From this point on, all her toilet breaks are made with an escort, and if she poops, she forfeits the challenge and all fees.

At 1pm we feed her a healthy lunch, with plenty of fibre and vegetables to make sure things move swiftly on their way, and for the rest of the day she's occupied with gentle walks, a little light exercise and plenty of fun and friendly chatting with the Cabra HQ staff and visiting performers.

At 7pm we give her a hearty and healthy meal, again with plenty of green leaves and a little spice, to add some urgency to its journey through her digestive tract, with a nice rich dessert to finish, before we spend the evening watching TV and send her to bed for an early night.  A good long sleep is essential to make sure all that fibre can work its way through her system and be nice and solid ready for her performance in the morning.  We like to be sure there's a big heavy package ready for delivery before we administer the Special Laxative Formula, and this is the best way we've found to do that.

We wake her at 7am with a big breakfast (extra beans) and a large, strong coffee.  This usually sets nature on its course, so around 8am we have to open the windows and break out the air freshener.  Our performer can of course back out of the challenge at any time, but if she opens her bowels before the challenge starts, she forfeits her appearance fee.

At 9am we get her in for hair, make-up and wardrobe, followed by one last signature on the legal forms, and at 10am she takes my Special Laxative Formula with another cup of coffee, and sits back to wait for it to kick in.

This generally takes around 45 minutes, and it's pretty noticeable when it starts.  Our performers are generally squirming, farting and groaning before we even roll cameras at 11am - see the issue titled Sam's Accident for what happens when our performer isn't quite ready for how strong my Special Laxative Formula is!

There's always some last-minute hair and make-up to sort in those last few minutes before cameras roll - all that fidgetting tends to dislodge things - and then just before 11am we usher her into the performance area and roll cameras.

At this point, we've got our issue and she's earned her appearance fee.  Her goal is to control her bowels for 30 long, slow and desperate minutes in order to win Sadie's Laxative Challenge and claim that Big Cash Bonus!

To date my Special Laxative Formula remains undefeated, and nobody has won my Laxative Challenge.  We'll be seeing some serious attempts throughout 2023, as our performers study the form of their predecessors and come up with new strategies to keep their butts clenched until the cash is in their pockets.  Do you think we'll see a winner in 2023?  Do you want to see a winner?  Stay tuned, Patrons!
