New Tier: Double Dragon

It's $15 cheaper than a standard 2-character commission, comes with a guarantee of getting it, and comes with the usual commission discount and all other rewards, so, I think it's a fairly good deal all things considered! Nobody has to sign up for it, of course, but I figured I'd put it there just in case somebody DID want that!
