Mai Shiranui (SF6)... in Tekken 8!!! (UPDATE) Mai's Toes Fixed, Screenshots Added

I've been holding on to this for a while, but I've finally gotten around to featuring this nice port of Mai Shiranui from Streetfighter 6... into Tekken 8. Nope, this is not one of our exclusive mods, this is a release on Tekkenmods by our awesome modder, TheRessen- one of his personal works. So if you like what you see, go on and get it!

So SF6 Mai is a mod for Asuka, and she comes in her classic ninja outfit or Real Bout costume that, of course, comes with those lovely 'barefoot' instep guards. Mai is certainly one of my absolute fave babes in Streetfighter 6, and so far I think the best version of her ever. That said, I never really thought about having her ported to Tekken 8 since as of right now, the roster doesn't have a character like Kunimitsu or Master Raven for her to 'take over'. However, Asuka is busty like Mai, and she does have a move that kinda looks like Mai's flying elbow/ninja bees... I guess it works. Pair this mod with the Momiji voice mod, and you're good to go.

Anyway, as for Mai's feet- as this is a port of Mai's full SF6 model, her feet are... okay. They look much better in Streetfighter 6, and they look good here. Unfortunately, Mai's toes are spread out, which looks a bit odd (unless you like spread toes). I brought this up with TheRessen, and unfortunately while he said he'd fix it, he has yet to do so. Regardless, her feet are fine- just don't view her soles straight on.

Mai can be set up either as a customization (one full face item and one fullbody slot) or as one of Asuka's Presets (which I prefer). She looks pretty good, just not as good as in SF6. But if you ever wanted to see the world-famous kunoichi in Tekken, here she is.

Expect to see her in action (and in KOs) in the near future. For now, enjoy the screens.

UPDATE: I mentioned in the post that Mai's feet, which are from the SF6 character model, are fine- not quite to our Tekken 8 Feet Overhaul quality, but really good nevertheless. My one issue was that initially, the toes were spread out and looked odd. Well, TheRessen has fixed this in a recent update, which you all should realize upon downloading the mod (if you actually d'led it earlier, re-download the November update of the mod.

At this point, I can't ask for anything more from this mod, its excellent and having SF6 Mai in Tekken 8 is awesome. Enjoy the mod!
