Oh hi!
So I've been working on a new cosplay and had my spray paint tarp laid out annnddd I haven't been able to lift at the gym for a few days soooo I decided to do a little easy shoot one morning.
But this morning without upper body lifting is stoopid. It's like my favorite thing to do. My mood's been kind of fluctuating as a result and I kind of forgot how important lifting keeps my mental health stabilized. WHELP good to know!
I'll be back to lifting next week :)
