So, Celestials and Presence will now have the same number of chapters in a month. However, if someone wants, and can subscribe to the 35 tier, then they can do so on their wish. There may be extra chapters for them in fics like Phantom or SOS once in a while, but otherwise, they will be on the same advance chapter level is the 25.
So, the guys who left because of this...kindly come back, this guy is very very sorry, and even more stupid.
