Heat 0.5.8.1 Test Build (hotfixed) - Astera Removeable parts, New Skins, New Threesome

Astera's gone back for refurbishment from the factory and got upgraded to the newest Synth body, and now her parts can be removed just like Vertex! They're even interchangeable (as well as they'll fit anyways). This also means she can have a penis attached!

A whole new batch of skins have been added from Sidekick! This includes Dadbod Atlas, Star Captain Marina, Tropical Emmy, Druid Aurora, and Demon Riley!

And lastly, we've finally got a threesome. Our lovely boy Riley getting plowed by both Atlas and Garret. Stretchy!
