Basically, Patreon supports connecting to Vimeo, embedding an external URL, or direct file upload The fact is, adult content creators can't use Patreon’s native video function. I might be missing a trick or two, but the methods other creators use are likely similar. It inevitably has to be a way of pulling content from an external source. It really just comes down to which option they choose I consider two main things, ease of content management and not making my patrons jump through extra hoops. The process needs to be a click-and-watch like on youtube onlyfans or somthing. Vimeo is too annoying and difficult for me to use so I dropped it. Links require an extra click, and some members might miss the upload. I do upload longer videos that GIFs can't handle to GoogleDrive, of course. The more extra work I do, the easier it is for members, though it creates many unnecessary steps. Converting the existing mp4 file to a GIF or creating a link, instead of a simple upload, is already quite the hassle. Please let me know if I'm confusing or missing anything. it would be helpful for both me and my members

Unfortunately, most Google Drive videos won't be viewable because of leakers. GIFs are large so you'll need to wait a bit for them to load. Honestly, I'm completely unsatisfied with all of this on Patreon. Your confusion is totally understandable. I'm struggling to find the best way for you guys to easily view the content myself
