Price reduction announcement - Starting October 11th

Hey there, amazing people,

As always, I'm super thankful to all of you who support me, and this week, I was thinking and wondering about how best to structure my Patreon, what is fair and what isn't, what should I publish where and when and I just... got sick of it.

I like things simple. I had aimed at first to work hard and create a lot of content for Undersea (enough to justify the 10$ tier) but now that I'm starting a new project and all, the price is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

So, today I decided to streamline things.

Here's how it's going to go:

• 5$ tier for everything. A small contribution whenever you feel like it or can afford it. My goal is to have that tier have 15 advanced chapters in both stories. (or any future story that I might have)

• 10$/15$ tiers will have the same advanced chapters as 5$. These two tiers will be reserved for those who can afford it and want to support me more. I'll aim for some cool roles and goodies.

Big Patreon authors who have 10$ tiers for content have a lot of chapters for that amount. Maybe once Undersea or Scorching get to 40-50 chapters ahead of RR I'll create a special tier for it (or put them under the 10$ tier), but I don't see that happening within the next couple of months. Right now, my immediate goal is to establish a nice rainy-day backlog and after that, I'll consider what happens with the surplus.

We'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

In any case, I'm super grateful to all of you and I hope you're enjoying the story/stories. Every subscriber is making this dream come true, and I hope you're having a good time with these little stories of mine.

Questions:

Why October 11th and not right now?

Some people already paid or just renewed at the 10$ tier, and it wouldn't feel fair to enact the change immediately. The delay is to allow them to decide whether they want to stay at that tier or move down to the 5$ while enjoying the content they paid for.

What's going to happen to Hermits and what about the last message I sent about discontinuing the tier?

Scratch that. That tier will be put back up after I finish typing this message. I'll refer to this message in it (temporarily). That way, the folk in the Kraken tier can downgrade, and new folks can keep coming in.
