Ravik and Tilo are from Ghost of a Tale, a game I replayed recently where you play as Tilo, a minstrel mouse who's separated from his wife and imprisoned on an island. It's very lore-heavy with some silly moments, and this bird threatens to eat you up SEVERAL times when you meet her haha ;>w>
