2024-03-05 10:49:57 +0000 UTCThey tell the story the episode is based on or titled at the end of every episode, just like on ep 1, thereβs a different story telling at the end of every episode, and I hope you could check on them. And yes, you can actually buy the books

2024-03-05 03:46:41 +0000 UTCthis episode has to be one of my favorites i was really looking forward to you getting to it! i actually cannot believe how impactful they managed to make zombie kid in so few words its a lil twisted that anyone ever could write like that i love the slow break in composure that you can see both him and juri having and how differently they go especially in regards to feelings about munyeong. alongside what you pointed out about gangtae realizing the parallels between munyeong and his brother, the fact that because she's more composed, more 'normal' her desires and way of expressing is seen as this selfish cruel thing rather than something that can be understood and corrected. you see that again with everyone checking on her father and not her. because shes strong, because she speaks for herself, that seems to trump even the caregivers perspective on mental health and whose worthy of care or not. and even then you can't be that upset because you get it even if it's not right or /shouldnt/ be got. i enjoy that despite this all, munyeong is the one in this show that seems to be the most open. fact is fact with her, gangtae can say what he needs to say, and she still welcomes him back. thats why the show has a more abstract truly representative view on mental health than most to me

2024-03-05 03:33:30 +0000 UTCThe Zombie Kid story absolutely wrecked me when I watched this. As someone who actually wants to write and illustrate children's books, I'm honestly inspired by the stories made up for this K-drama. They're really just so beautifully executed.

2024-03-05 01:40:54 +0000 UTCThe book make me cry, damn. I feel like this drama is about broken people to give broken people a little hope. He called her empty inside but what is he. His affect is so flat he has no emotion but anger until he read the story as saw himself in it. On a lighter note why did they look so good in the rain?
