I go back and rewatch it regularly just to remind myself what I love so much about music whenever I want to give up on it myself. We should send that performance into space tbh.

But yeah they didn't do that on Kingdom because they were all already really popular groups and because there wasn't another show to "fight" towards. Rtk was basically them (Mnet) fishing out who they thought would be the most popular on Kingdom, imo. I guess that does come down to money, like you said.

Made me feel so many emotions I was already feeling. And helped heal them as well. It’s always my go to for when I want to listen to a song that will make me feel at peace. Eunkwang is a genius with his arrangements, he is so underrated as an artist (as well as btob imo) he took apart that song and gave each of them a part that fit their colors/voice and helped amplify that by 100% A well deserve win. It’s also really unfortunate seeing Inseong beat himself up over a little mistake, their song was absolutely amazing. I can understand why he was upset but I hope he wasn’t too hard on himself. I really hated how MNET kept zooming on his face when Mayfly was singing and then interviewing him after as well. Breaks my heart to see him so upset As for the ikon and skz performances. Amazing ofc. Loveeee how Ikon pulled up with Lisa, she just screams royalty and you can’t help but enjoy watching her perform. I love how they made BPs song feel like their own. Is it controversial to say I may like to listen to ikons version more? Haha Skz mixing gods menu with BP was so smart and I just loved their how stage concept and performance because I just love Deadpool and seeing felix at the beginning just makes me smile sm

2023-11-11 18:16:25 +0000 UTCwe really are going through the wringer with this selection of survival shows we're watching together! all in the name of incredible music and performances because that mayfly vocal performance was truly something magical. seeing the amazing teamwork between the three of them regardless of how long in the industry, the amazing vocal quality and the chance to see them all shine equally is so beautiful. it's like a definition of we all don't need to speak the same language when it comes to music because the emotion, the message, it was delivered so perfectly.

Like I legit meditate to it 😂 but after watching this again with Cam, I’m gaining a new perspective on the other three teams and I’m having a great time! Inseong in this episode always breaks my heart because we all have voice cracks honey it’s ok 😖 I wish he wouldn’t have kicked himself so hard after he messed up but I know the feeling of messing up your most important line in a song or show before 🫠

I don’t know the meaning of this song at all, but the emotion and brilliant harmonies move me to watery eyes EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It’s just stunning that way. Most reactors do get some level of emotional, so we definitely are not alone.
