Then I started realizing that it plays in a lot of media. Euphoria in BTS also had it haha. (Idk if you know Danganronpa but clair de lune is painful because I loved a certain character.)

2023-11-05 08:56:59 +0000 UTCThis is literally my favourite episode in the entire series. I love the theme of maternal love and the bit about whales’ strong maternal bond with their calf. It’s also cool that they didn’t try to make the Ms Gye a saint and wasn’t afraid to show her as a flawed human being despite being a great mom. Regarding the part about domestic abuse, I strongly agree that I want the husband to be locked up but realistically there’s very little the police and the justice system can do if the wife is unwilling to testify that she is being abused. It sucks but that is what happens for many cases in real life.
