Status update Episode 11

This week, I've been working on art, post-processing art, and writing. At the moment, I'm writing some scenes for a smaller hangout for which I'll soon continue to create art.
I'm up to 5841 static renders today, and for those who keep count, episode 10 had 5868, meaning I'm about to tangent that number very soon.
I've posed 305 animations (counted after merging animation files); episode 11 had 335 animations, and I will exceed this with the remaining lewd scenes.
So, the question that comes to mind right now is how much bigger the episode will get.
I scanned through my dialogue files and spreadsheets, trying to make an updated checklist for what's left to do, and here is what I concluded.
Unfinished writing
A hangout.
Conclusion to a bigger branched scene.
11 scenes in a big free-roam.
Parts of the ending.
5 canon story scenes.
A small free-roam event.
3 lewd scenes.
A couple more scenes for Sage's branch.
A small scene for Jill's branch.
Multiple scenes for Isabella's branch.
Multiple scenes for Josy's & Maya's branch.
Others' branch needs more analysis before I can say how much more is needed. It has content, but because of the many girls included under the umbrella of this branch, it's tough to say if it's enough at this point.
Unfinished art
Renders and animations for all of the above.
Renders and animations for 8 other scenes that have already been written.
Some more SFW animations may be needed on top of this.
SFX & Music
SFX & Music for all of the above, the rest of the episode should be close to completion.
Coding & other tasks
Rooster might need another cluck or two, but otherwise, it's completed. I'm undecided at this point and need to play the episode to get a feel for it.
The phone gallery needs more art.
Phone chats have content but need some more.
A few special renders must be placed in the episode or added to the Vault. It's fast work, and I will do it as I play the episode.
Vault digits need to be placed.
End of episode report needs to be written.
The credit section needs to be updated near beta testing.
After all this comes the polishing and beta-testing process.
My thoughts on all this
Frankly, I feel stressed because, looking at this, I know I won't be able to deliver any time soon, and this month has been hectic for me. There's still lots of work left for this episode to be complete, and nothing of the above can or will be cut.
It's a bit scary thinking about how many renders are left to pose, and PCs have never been idle since last December, so I know art can't be produced faster than it is.
The episode's story and my ambition to make the episode great for you have caused it to become this huge. But I also acknowledge that I've come extremely far with the development and that the episode limits are well-defined with minor exceptions. I will push on to complete the checklist above as fast as I can without rushing.
All in all, I love what I have produced and played so far. There are so many scenes and moments in this episode that I've dreamed of creating since day one of this project.
To be clear, we are nearing the end of the development cycle; it's just that the end of development this time around is much bigger than it normally is.

The way that he was talking in the last paragraph makes me think that he gave himself some kind of personal objective about the release date although he never communicated it to us. I suppose that he wanted to release the episode about the same time as the last one which is in December. I just reassured him that he shouldn't push himself too much and take some time for himself too considering that he's going through a period of mourning. We can wait.

I find the concept very interesting, although I have noticed some significant differences in quality. BaD quickly convinced me with its depth, character development, and overall concept, so I decided to use Patreon for the first time. I love the dynamic between Bella and the (P.C.), and I'm already looking forward to the next chapters. Please keep up your excellent work!

We can wait and the great thing about larger content is that it just means we can replay it more and keep discovering new things when it does come out. That said, I still find these updates reassuring because I've had my favorite authors instantly cease writing because 'life happens'. As much as I can't wait to play the continuation, of course ill wait patiently until you are happy with the next episode, as I am sure it will rattle us emotionally and graphically. Take as much as you need, to finalize the last steps to your content, and we are here for you waiting to see the amazing work you accomplished. I play a lot of lewd games, this is one of the best of them, mostly due to multiple well prepared plots, and great hi quality graphics and lewd scenes. But on thing that's worrying me about the path of the game, is since the season split it's been a lot harder to motivate myself to go through the paths. And I haven't even completed the last update yet. That and hidden images during scenes instead of only during free roaming, this game has gone down hill IMO. Sorry to come off negative. But it has been a bit dissapointing.

You have created a Universe rivaling anything I have ever seen before in a video game forget other AVN's. They don't hold a candle to your work. This is because your vision guides everything you do. You stay true to yourself and the story you want to tell. Never feel stressed about that DPC. Sure everyone wants to play it and cannot wait until it comes out but I would much rather wait until you are satisfied with your final product be it one episode or the game as a whole. This game is my fun escape from the every day grind and it's because you pour your heart and soul into it. Take your time and enjoy what you do. This episode sounds amazing and I'm sure it will be well worth the wait. Besides, your game is so replay able it amazes me. I still laugh and get the feels in certain parts. Many games will go heavy on a number of them, and a bit light on several, leading to complaints from those who prefer the ones that didn't get as much content. I doubt there will be any complaints about the episode, except for how long it has taken, but quality takes time, and I'd rather wait for great content than get frequent servings of nothing.

But i never felt this connected with the characters in these as with those in BaD. I thing the reason for this is a result of your devotion to your work and the way you handle it. If that means waiting a couple more months than expected so be it. I don't think there is any other game in this genre that even comes close to the quality of BAD. The wait will be well worth it!

We love these weekly updates that you give us and it only gives us more confidence that what we will receive will be truly great. Take all the time you need, there is no rush for this great story which will only get bigger with each page. You've done marvellous work so far and I know the latest chapter will surpass is in every way.
