new to patreon and wondering how the download for the game works. a download link, a link to a new page or what ? I also have the earlier seasons thru steam but am playing game from start with new content so the save transfer issue (hopefully) won't affect me - just wondering how to access the download

The full version of Patreon is ep1-8. Then from there you can download 10.0.1 which is ep Interlude, 9, 10. ep 11 comes out next Friday-Monday depending on tier. Apparently in order to download ep1-8, full version, you need to be 25 dollar huge dik tier. Get it by following this link. https://www.patreon.com/posts/being-dik-1-8-v0-58768095. Once you have that all other versions saves, Steam, GoG, and from here can be imported and used to play. But to start for the first time you want ep1.

macOS works, but as you say, not natively, as the app isn't signed, and it's not something the app will be in the future unless Apple changes its stance on adult games and content. The installation instructions have been thoroughly tested and work on every Mac system that I've come across, including Ubuntu. The steps you carry out in the installation instructions basically circumvent Apple's security by allowing the app to run with the "chmod" command. You can google it if you're unsure what it does. I recommend Windows/Linux, but the game is supported for Mac. I hope this helps you make an informed decision; if not, let me know.

For those that are running this game on IOS is the install instructions actually a work around to get the game to run on Mac? I'm in the process of walking away from PC's but will keep at least one if the install on MacOS is just a make shift way to make it work. By reading through the instructions to install on Mac it doesn't appear to run natively as some other games and apps do.

Thats because thats for Season 3....you need season 1 and 2 so you can import the save from that to season 3 look for this in the search Patch only: Being a DIK: Episodes 1-8 (v0.8.3), Season 1 & 2

I learned something new when I decided to do some more run throughs to tweak some of my paths in preparation for the next episode (I do that every once in a while). When Sage asks you your last name, give "Armstrong" a try (you know, because your dad's name is Neal). The result is kinda funny.

I have a problem and I can't play episode 9 or 10. I have the games exported from Steam, but it doesn't even work for me in the games that come by default. The thing is that when I import the game or select one of them. The chapter begins, I get the introduction of what happened previously and after a few seconds it stops and the game closes. I have already tried several things like downloading the previous version and then updating them, but all the games stop in the same place. I would appreciate any help you could give me. I too am liking the new mini game - the science one at least. That's my new favorite. The Math ones get pretty tiresome. and the painting one is not very finely tuned. Brawler was my favorite, but I'm not convinced that I like the new version. Maybe it's because we have hardly had a chance to see it yet.

For Steam, I just used a fresh random folder. I know steam has its own folder and the warning is pretty clear not to merge, so I used a separate folder for the Patreon version, and it just works. Nothing to do on my end.

I am pretty sure, you should not merge folders, it will cause in-game errors. For example, I created folder s3 and under it, I got two folder ver9 and ver10. In s3 menu, you will see import button, just click on it and it will find saves.

HELP!!! Do I have to do anything about where I open the zip file? Should I move it to the BAD Steam folder first, or something? I have my games on an external hard drive, and I want to know how Season 3 will know where to look to get my end of Season 2 saves. The drawing game was not my favorite either, no touch screen. I agree the mansion and party games were the best. My best mansion ended with $29 extra.. I also wish the wallet upgrade happened earlier. Would have been nice to at least bank extra found money even if you couldn't make more through games.

Yeah english upgrade is great, still hate doing it lol. I have mini games on because I love some of them. The mansion fix and the party planning I love them and cant wait for next versions when we have better updates and strategize to get as many 4 point happy as possible. Liked the beer pong game, Math requires attention and I enjoy it but it stops being fun when you are trying to rush your 3 or 4th run. The science one is cool as well and it looks really nice. Hated the drawing game because of the ridiculous invisible timer. You need a touch screen to make that in the first try. I thought about Sally but man even though some other characters ar B... she is like another level. But her who knows she may cave in the future lol

I did like the upgrade to the English classes. Being able to type the words is much faster than clicking. Some ups and some downs but overall great. Also I can't be the only one who wants to bang out Sally.

In case you didn't find the answer already. Use Import from the main menu and toggle in the upper right to steam and you should see your season 2 end save file that is in a separate screen from regular saves.

I agree about the math, it would be good sometimes to skip it. Brawler if you put it in normal difficulty makes it closer to the earlier version. I agree with the Rio centric path as well but maybe we get something more with her in the others path? Maybe by the end of others, some may become a choice? I am still loving this season a lot. Can't wait for the next episode.

The mini games are definitely getting harder. Way too much thought for the math games. And I actually have to pay attention to brawler to win. Also I wish there was a Rio centric path. She is soo cute and just caught up in bad decisions. Would have been a good chick path to help her get free of her circumstances... Love the DIKs for the most part... except Tommy and Vinny. Would have said the name ending in Y is the reason but Rusty is great.

Once a render is unlocked it stays unlocked until and unless you reset them by deleting the persistent file, etc.. To start over from scratch.

Love this game but there seems to be a bug in episode 10 part 4 when sparring with Troy. I literally have 1 second or less to complete the key strokes to execute any move for the character. I think there is only enough time to execute moves that require 4 strokes or less at best. I seriously don't think the moves with more key strokes is possible with the amount of time that is given to react.

you need to go to user settings, then go to Family Family Center it will prompt you to enter your birth day. Once that's done you should be able to go back and another 18+ prompt will show up. You should be good after that

same issue crashing at the doctor scene i have always used the patreon version and i tried a complete freash install and playing again from the very start and it still crashes so i dont know how to fix it. any advice?

If you got the ep1/2 from steam version, click on the import in the main menu, you just need to click on the upper text loading from the patreon/gog and it will change to steam

Normally, you do not have to move any file to Season 3 folder. After you complete Season 2, you get a special save screen to save a file for Season 3. Those automatically show up in the import screen of Season 3. You cannot import "normal" saves from Season 1/2.

No reason to. She doesn't carry it around at the party after winning it. She could have put it by the front door by jackets/bags, etc. Everything doesn't need to be spelled out; if you can imagine something, it can happen.

Yeah I get that, defo feels like an AVN/RPG where choices & actions matter. I felt so bad when Jill asked about the stolen money in this episode, I can't believe DPC remembered that to add it as a consequence 2 seasons later but that is why Being a DIK is probs the best or if not one of the best AVN's ever created.

Its official now... first time I will need the guide to unlock all scenes... The different branches are awesome. Even within the branches where are so many variations. I get the feeling this isn't an AVN but a RPG. Even "minor" dialogue answers from episodes ago come into effect now because they shaped your character (won't spoil it). My list of possible playthroughs from the beginning just grew longer. Take your time, DPC, for the next episode... I am busy :-)

Liked the new episode but hated the revamped/new minigames. Shame due to efforts that must have gone into making them (my dislike is so much so, I have decided to always turn off mini games from now on) I feel the game could do with easy, medium and hard modes. That way people who dislike the minigames can still play but also with hard it will keep fans of mini games happy. Alternatively allow selection of what you like eg lessons, brawler, party planner (likely to hard to implement)

Sounds like you have patched S2 with S3 in the past. Did you merge folders by accident? The only fix is to delete your game, persistent and save files from "game/saves" and "%appdata%/RenPy/BeingaDIKSeason3-Patreon-1535311494" Re-download the original game files from Patreon. Make sure you treat the game as a new game in a separate folder.

Exactly. And to me it's like it's still college AVN so it's not heavy or mature by any means but it's getting there. Story is evolving, characters are evolving (could be even more of that) and the amount of content is great. There's a variety of content and that's another strong card of B.A.D. I have now finished every path with some more than once and I can say I can no longer look at the episode ending without knowing what happens next. Its hard to watch and each time is harder. I have several more playthroughs to continue with variations in the paths, so until next release (probably a year I know) I'll be saving each remaining playthrough right before the end. Still loving the episode, its just the ending thats hard to watch.

Story is great as usual, but the minigames are way too involved so far. I think I'll turn them off on future playthroughs if this is the direction they're going. I much preferred the simpler minigames in seasons 1 and 2. Just wish it wasn't an all or nothing thing. Party planning is fun, but the classes are too much.

On English class I didn't have problems with time (I'm not English native) but I thought there was a bug cuz' I had 45, 40, 80, 80% respectively, something like that and I failed the test but I'm not sure. Story could be even longer overall (new plots, side plots etc.). And you're 100% right. There are a lot of VNs/AVNs some provide decent story, some better graphics, some comparable renders (especially now that there are newer games) but none gives the player whole package and B.A.D does. Everything is at the high level or at the top of the business for that matter. And when it comes to attention to details DPC is there on his own

Well I've only had time to play through 2 branches so far but I gotta say I love it so far. As always good length to the episode, I love the new features, the relationship tracker is a nice addition and I love how you revamped the brawling mini-game. I have to agree with previous comments on the fact the timer for English classes is a bit too fast, had to reload a few times to get the 100% and not sure if I like or hate the math classes, I'll have to play it again a few more times. As always animations and renders are flawless and I love the story development. You always find ways to take us on an emotional roller coaster. Last thing I will say is just keep doing what you do and don't listen to those who complain about the story being too long or not liking the free roams/mini-games... I feel confident the next 10 episodes will be as good if not better than the first 10 and true fans will stick around. Yes there are hundreds of other VN's out there for those who don't like this one but none of them comes close to this level of quality you keep bringing. You're alone at the top and don't let anyone tell you any different. You keep making your fans and patron proud to finance your project. -Cheers.

Also, check the brawler difficulty. I think the updated system set it as default to hard since all my saves were set to hard mode and I have a potato brain. I believe the setting is bottom left of the fight menu and asks you to confirm before lowering.

Some more feedback on that test. I think the issue is the timing being fast. To test my theory, I went back to an earlier save and retook the test, only this time I cheated. I found a website that allowed me to enter all the letters, and then shot out a list of all possible 6, 5 and 4 letter words. All I needed to do was to enter them. The kicker is, that even with all the answers, I still could only manage to enter enough words to score a 71% in the allotted time. A passing score, but barely. And I think even then I only passed because I worked backwards, filling out all the 6 letter words, then 5 letter and the running out of time before all the 4 letters were done. I think if the time on the test were increased some it might solve the issue. I don't think I'm the slowest typist out there by a long shot.

Well, I've now finished nearly every branch at least once. Got to say my emotions were all over the place with this episode! Even the Others girls are seemingly handled with care. As someone who likes both Rio and Lilly (and a few others lol although mainly those two) this was so appreciated. Brawler's new upgrade is pretty cool as well. And last but not least, Dirty Toy Company? I waited till I played Episode 10 before I heard any of it and WOW do I love it! The timer on the English test is way too fast then previous ones! Hard as heck too! Makes me realise how bad my word vocab is and my Math on those puzzles too LOL! Also I hope at some point we get DEDICATED guides for EACH of the potential romances as I am fed up of having to keep reloading old saves and guessing only to not get the access to the Women, like Quinn for example I got the rooftop scene and scene together with Sage but I didn't get the Halloween scenes etc. Same with Nicole, when I had to option to spoon Lily or Nicole I couldn't with Nicole even though I fooled around with her just before in the park at the strip club etc. The big guides are no good in my opinion for specific Women runs, we need DEDICATED choice guides to make it easier. I've played through S1 and S2 so much at one point trying to get all outcomes I burnt myself out of the game lol.

Multiple options are not possible in my experience. Ive played the math game many times and any time I've gotten it wrong was because I misunderstood what it said. And those times were when I was tired. Being fully awake I get 100% every time.

Test grades are based on a total of found words. It's graded correctly; there are many four-letter words in this test.

The first test in Bella's class also seemed to grade really harshly. For example, I had one 6 letter word, which scored as 20% of the 6 letter words. Were there really a total of five 6 letter words for that puzzle? That's alot compared to previous tests.

I'm finding that in the classroom mini games, I'm failing tests that I thought I had passed. Badly. For example, I found all the diamonds in math class, but the results showed I only passed one out of five of the puzzles.

Absolutely incredible episode! I've only just finished playing all the different branches across all of my save files. My only criticism of the last one was that it felt too short. You definitely addressed that one here the length was perfect (though obviously i never want it to end). If you can keep future updates either this length or longer your fan base will be very happy. Thanks everyone. My repeated failure initially was my own fault for not lowering the difficulty by clicking the difficulty change twice to make it a permanent change. I kept trying thinking I was on normal mode but was in fact repeating on hard mode with only my single blue carry over speed point and it was a no go. Normal with 1 blue point was quite a bit easier and was able to obtain more skill points to make the remaining fights much easier.

Cheating or sharing is not a problem for me in the adult games, I love it. Elena is realy a good character that I like in your game and since the start. I would be very happy that MC could start something with her in the next updates, not only sex but in their true friendship, and why not in love. She said numerous times how their friendship is very good (and more by the new update) and she likes MC (I hope is not a Spoiler, she is very kind to MC everytime and since a long time in the uptades before). In my game MC could totally fall in love for Elena. Very great character, I'm very pleased that you have time in all the paths of the game to add Elena too for an important place in the story, thank you.

Definitely make sure that you click on lowering the level, then click on it again. I've beaten all of the opponents, with never more than two attempts and my reactions aren't quite what they were in my youth, so you should be able to handle it. Also, try to use DODGE more than BLOCK if possible. They still do damage with block.

I know details matter, Ep 9 was shorter and there have bee other factors that played into this I don't know about but still.

I have this issue on a first ever install on this computer. So I don't see how that can be the (only) issue. Never even used mods on my old PC for BaDIK either. If the good DR doesn't like it, i see no reason to. Reinstalled and cleared the files 3 times now, just in case some other corruption happens, and done a skip run 2 times to try to get the last ep started. Same result. One line from Eve, or whatevs the blonde was called and crash. Works fine all the way up to then, including E9. Spent 4+ days trying to get this running so far. Just weird, almost no one else seems to have issues. *sigh*

It'll be at least as long as this one. They take longer and longer each time, due to the nature of the episodes. I don't see that changing anytime soon. Unless he wins the lottery and buys even more hardware to deal with rendering, but then testing, scripting and actual writing still takes time, as does the pre-rendering, creating the rart and animations. So yeah. Late next year at best. barring stupid shit happening. Is my very own personal guess. High risk of 2025 imho

I'm not saying I'm hoping at this point but I think two episodes a year would be perfect give or take month or two I'm not saying it has to be exactly 6 month per episode. 7 - 8 months per episode so almost two episodes a year would be optimal.

If you're talking about the choice of a particular girl within "Others" path, officilally there's none. What you can do is you can get closer with Rio and Quinn depending on your previous choices. What I meant in my comment was some major story even in the future that would set in ground with MC-Quinn dynamic. But that is more of my "dream" than anything else. Nobody knows what future holds for "Others" path really

Hard mode is the default again in new Brawler. If you played old Brawler a lot, you will get a starting point in new Brawler with more blue Skill points (SP) that you otherwise has to farm for a bit to catch up. I've realized that the starting point of the timer in Normal might be a bit too short, if you haven't maxed out old Brawler and will tweak it slightly so that the scaling gets a larger bump at first and a lesser one later. Thanks for the feedback and hope you still can win on Normal as it is for now.

My thoughts are: 1. Persistent file didn't save because a) You crashed the game or b) Shut off game/pc abnormally 2. Are playing W11 and there is some issue with saving files if you put the game in Program Files as W11 started asking for Admin rights to save files. The issue is 100% the persistent file not being saved. Check the "game/saves" folder if you have a persistent file and check the date/time of when it was last modified to see if it's saving.

I've done a single 'other' playthrough and noticed several typo's. One or two and I didn't pay attention to it, but after a few, I began taking screenshots of them. Also took a shot of a math test that I think might be wrong, or it could just be me, but I took a shot of it too. I wasn't planning on doing this and I wasn't looking out for it specifically. Anyway, the good is amazing as always. The mini-games and tests are great. The visuals are great. Dialog is great, although some of the sex scene dialog seemed unauthentic in some places, like a bad porn actor reading a rushed script. Abortion attitudes, 'whatever' attitudes, I don't like, but can overlook. I'm not into Maya and/or her story arch. Her Dad is a good one. Love Derick. Love everyone really in the story. And I love love love Being a DIK. and Sally. I luvs her. Can't wait to play different paths.

I had the same problem on my first playthrough so I skipped the fighting then on another playthrough I somehow started with 1 speed and it was way easier not sure if it's random which stats you start with but it sucks to start with 0 speed and 0 skill points.

One more thing of course no spoilers. Big progress when it comes to Quinn despite of what she said at a barbecue. I'll always push for a full on Quinn path. Now there's unofficial one and I'm not saying it has to be "official" but it would be nice at some point to have like a major story event that would tell: Quinn is official now and you can focus on her as a player (in terms of choices and future endings). Saying that I'm well aware the "Others" path has that name for a reason but still there are a lot of girls to chose from on that path and Quinn... what can I say...

I was waiting with a cement about the episode until I've finished all major paths. I must say very good episode. The story just keeps getting better no doubt about that. A lot of emotions but also a lot of funny moments. You can say business as usual when it comes to B.A.D only the quality of the content is getting better with each episode. To me the most important is the story and the story as I said is 10/10 Really enjoy mini games and overall the smaller changes. Music is a blast as always very good match when it comes to song and a particular situation. Is it just me or did the graphics improved across the board? Big thanks Doc for all the hard work and commitment. Now the one thing and the most important thing. It was worth waiting for but still let's hope it's not another 12 month for ep11. If it is well be it cuz' I can only imagine what you're cooking Doc but still a year of waiting is a long time no matter how you look at it.

Hey DPC, I'm not sure if anyone else has had the issue, but I've completed most paths, and noticed while doing Sage's path (after Jill, Quinn, and Bella) that I was finding renders again, and now all of the cutscenes from those paths are gone in my rewards, but all the completed save files are there. I belevie it is in the ( Full Game ) download you get all seasons + season 3 but only use patches for season 3 since if you try to do it on season one and two all your saves will be lost atleast what it says in that section as a big warning for it

Okay I think I figured out something but I could have sworn I changed difficulty each attempt. I don't think clicking the lower difficulty once was respecting the lower setting and I was trying on hard each time with like a 2 second reaction time window which was punishing. I clicked again to change difficulty permanently, but again I thought I did that on several previous attempts. With 1 blue carry over skill point in speed I was able to breeze by Troy finally and move on to the others in the roster with more points in speed first. Perhaps that first toggle of lower difficulty is bugged and it is maintaining hard difficulty unless you change it permanent.

I hear you. I ditched it for some time and kept playing disregarding Brawler. Came back after a while when I had a chance during Free Roam and managed to beat Troy enough to get SP and get used to to it. To me it's worth it cuz' all the other mini games a really enjoy and Brawler might be some money maker in the future. But that's just me. When I got used to that I maxed out Brawler on one of the "Others" PT's and let me tell you it was a real pleasure beating those guys. But the last one, damn it was another 20+ or even more fights before I won. The last guy can beat you in like two, three hits so I ended up with negative record but my character is still maxed out so I guess I'm ready for ep11 Brawler after all of this.

Best I have is Troy to just around 50%. 50+ tries now and not having even a little fun. Nothing but frustration. In my opinion mini-games are supposed to be small distractions from the story and not some sort of roadblock to insert timed events for me to bash my head against the wall. There are a ton of game genres that specialize in reaction time and accuracy and I don't think it has a place in AVN's. Or at least offer a button to toggle/skip each mini-game individually if you want to go hard in the paint on difficulty. I have all of the MG paths saved with mini-games enabled. I really don't want to play each MG path all over again with mini-games disabled, but that may be the only option for my sanity.

Brawler got harder for sure. On my first pt I had 30+ fights vs Troy too. Reaction time got shorter for sure. I don't know I guess you need to get used to this until you can win some and get SP. I was able to and on other pt's it was pretty much "regular" Brawler. I don't think they are roadblocks as they are not mandatory.

Yes, I agree. And I always evaluate what players think. You are the first player I see mention this, and I will keep it in regard for any fine-tuning of the timer. Perhaps tweaking the scaling per skill point - setting a larger timer for the first couple of skill points and then converging to the same time as it is now would provide a better entry point for Normal mode. What you mention about reloading fights is only true if you don't like seeing a loss in your stats; you can press a "Fight again" button immediately after any fight, and you won't have to go through dialogue. It's all good. I'm pretty confidant in my first impression. Even if you have appropriate testers, you might want to look at the testing process, or maybe consider if the outcomes are really what you want. If you got to this chapter after playing through the whole game and playing the earlier Brawler version, it might not be as jarring, but picking up Ep 10 after not playing the mini-game for a year or more, it was too much. I'm definitely not elderly or disabled, but it still took me 10+ fights to get into the rhythm of it, and that was not a good time. This was exacerbated by the fact that, when you start the mini-game, you have to save, start the fight, go through the dialogue, lose, go through more dialogue, go back to the menu, quit, and then do more dialogue before re-loading. I might have been more forgiving of the adjustment period if the time to retry had been faster and with far fewer steps.

Not to make fun, but beta testers included both elderly and disabled. Normal has been tuned to fit most players. Speed skill point is worth an investment if you struggle with reflexes. Arrow keys work if you don't want to use WASD.

I've decided, after seeing how good ep10 is. DPC the wait was well worth it. I am going to delete everything, start over and create my own spreadsheet / progress report of my choices, paths, etc.. I have a feeling it will look like a neural network by the time I am done but it will be well worth it to make sure I get every possible outcome. It was nice to see the story lines in this episode. Great progress was made here. I focused on Josy/Maya to see how it was and, again, well worth it. Amazing work DPC. The upgrades show well in this episode as well. Thank you for this gift. Also, sorry about any spoilers I posted this past weekend. The excitement was ratcheted up. But that is no excuse. Cheers.

The short answer is that it's impossible to achieve this easily because the game has >1000 variables due to your choices throughout the episodes. Simulating all these would lose the tailored experience you get by playing the game, as many of the minor and major choices will affect the game. I understand where you're coming from with this request, but I've designed the game to have this level of branching and intend to keep it this way.

What I would try, if that's not the reason, is to delete the "persistent" file from "game/saves" and "%appdata%/RenPy/BeingaDIKSeason3-Patreon-1535311494" Then unlock things and see if it stays. You can, to make sure progress is saved, click "Save collectibles" from the Save/Load menu.

Did you game crash at some point? The unlocks are stored in a file named "persistent" and if your game exits abnormally through a crash or power failure you would lose that unsaved progress.

Finished my Jill blind run yesterday and it took me 7 hours without any rushing, enjoying mini games, the gallery, (re-)reading Bios, etc. DPC, the episode content is awesome. Many emotions included (funny and sad). There was so much individual story content regarding branch and past choices. The mini games play very well (except English is too hard for non-natives... any chance to get a lower difficulty setting here?). I am looking forward to my other 18 saves... will start with a Josy/Maya one today. Thanks for the great update!

I just finished with playing every branch at least once and I have to tell I'm satisfied (and sometimes surprised in a good sense) with the story progress of EP10. There were some jaws dropping moments, some touching moments and some moments when I literally laughed my ass off (popcorn, I hope it doesn't count as spoiler). Congratulations on finishing EP10 and as I wrote in my post yesterday every second of waiting worth my time and it paid off. Do you get any errors when extracting the zip file? What I would do if I were you is the following: 1. Restart PC 2. Launch the game and wait 3. Check task manager to see if you can see BeingADIK.exe as a task If that doesn't work, I would try unzipping the file again and make sure there are no errors, then try playing again.

Do you get an error code? Or does it just crash to desktop? The first time you launch the game it will install and unpack some python files. It may take up to 1-2 minutes for a slower PC to do that. Can you try waiting a bit extra and checking if there is a folder called "PPython" in the "game" folder?

I understand your unhappy at the use of mods but you should have warned people beforehand so they wouldn't of wasted all that money on a game that can't be played. Your steps only worked up until your name, Appdata does not show up on my computer. And I cant find a games/save file either. I thought I found the game files and deleted them including all the persistent files then unistalled the game and started from scratch but still didn't work. Looks like I just wasted a year's subscription and paying full price for day 1 release

It sounds like you didn't execute the chmod command properly. Can you check the install instructions and follow them again? Copy paste the command so that you don't forget any spaces.

can't put any points in speed without winning first, can't even beat the first guy edit: on another save I started with 1 point in speed somehow and it was way easier after adding another point in speed I could beat most opponents however on the save with 0 speed start I simply can't beat anyone and I think it needs some adjustments.

You can lower difficulty to Normal from the main menu. If you struggle with reflexes, Speed is a good skill to invest skill points in.

Do you have files in your "game/saves" folder? Do you see v0.10.0 in the lower right corner of the main menu? Can you find saves to import in "Import" and then changing to Steam/GOG if you played that before? Did you save your game in Episode 9? What do you see when you click "Continue"?

I just followed the instructions to paste the contents of the 0.10.0 patch /game folder into the 0.9.0 /game folder, so my saves file has been there the whole time

I did upgrade all my components nla couple months ago. Cpu, gpu, Ram, Motherboard. I think it's trying to use my old GPU and when it not finding it. It defaults to the CPU. I will have to plug in and HDMI cable since I use a DVI port. I won't be able to do that till 430pm eastern standard time.

I would put the zip file in downloads too before unzipping. Also, if you have a previous version installed on your mac, maybe create a sub folder so they don't get merged.

You can use 0.10.0 and import saves from Season 1/2 if you have them. If not, you'd have to download v0.8.3 (S1/2) and start from beginning.

Sounds like a local issue to me. The only issue with the game I'm aware of that's similar is when animations are black screen, and that's because you didn't have a sound device enabled. Can you try if it's the same?
