Main characters imo need semi-realistic bodies to maintain story immersion and pique interest; side characters, not so much. Many games either use the three model type system, go full realistic, or full cartoon, and seem to end up pigeon holing themselves. That or the writer/animator's muse/motivation dies a horrible death from all the carbon copying and following traditional sex game scripts.
