Can't answer for DPC, but I likely downloading version 6.1 now and then downloading the episode 7 update when it's released will allow you to play sooner than downloading the entire game (with 7 included) upon release. Depends on how eager you are to play once the new update it available.

Jean i think once episode 8 is done that completes season 2 and thats when it should be on steam. ATM I am waiting on episde 7 to hit tier 1 so i can play it!! =) i hate waiting GAH!!!!

I have been playing this game in 48 hour spurts, with very little sleep for the past two weeks. Replay-ability is bonkers. I am really hoping for more story with nicole, sandy, nora and the like. The ending of ep6 hits home for me in a good way when i was in my teens. Good memories.

I think it has the potential to become a huge cult classic (if it isn't already, I don't know what the criteria for becoming a cult classic are). I believe it's popularity has grown from word of mouth and from positive reviews. I'm hoping that once it's finished, and if it has huge sales on steam (which it already has), it could definitely push the dream into becoming a reality. Like an ultimate remaster version with voice acting for becoming the #1 VN of all time.

One can dream! Though if ya think about it, given the quality writing for the game and the emotional/sexual content, it's bound to be damn hard to cast. Plus it may result in immersion problems for a game of this quality. But hey, even if it's likely not feasible to have voice acting, one only need an active imagination to enjoy.

Undoubtedly incredible. But one thing at a time, bruh. The good doctor is already pulling huge shifts every day, and adding to that will just delay each release that much more. That's the kind of thing that can wait until after the story's finished, imho.

No problem. In my experience, it's all for the best. The testers always find game-breaking bugs that would cause many players a lot of grief, so it's a good thing that most bugs get fixed before the release.
