Anorgasmia isn't always treatable, plus then it provides context for closeness and enjoyment without the big O, which with Riona would be awesome. Also my bias is the game doesn't overuse the "skilled enough man" /hero myth where he can get a any woman (including those who thought themselves a lesbian) to do what he wants either relationally or sexually. Realism makes immersion. Just my 2 cents.
