Weekly Update - 6/4/25
Added 2025-06-04 23:38:45 +0000 UTCQT2:41 will be dropping any minute now. I'm waiting for a regional dialogue edit pass (yep, more Jordan in this one) but it's basically done otherwise. Once you read it, if you want to talk about it on the Discord, that's great, but PLEASE use spoiler tags, especially for the rest of Book Two, because each chapter is going to keep on escalating things, and everything gets wilder and wilder, and I'd rather you read it from me than someone in a chat channel somewhere. I dropped the first draft on the writer's room last night before I went to bed and woke up to a handful of comments saying "WHOA."
I know this took longer than expected, but as we get into the tail end of B2, it gets more and more important to make sure I'm getting it right. That said, I'm gonna bang out HTWT2 relatively fast here, I think, and then see what else I can get done before I lose my entire weekend to these Magic: The Gathering/Final Fantasy prereleases that will be keeping me busy for 25 hours of so of the weekend. I'm going to be exhausted come Monday, and the idea of just sitting and typing will sound like a blessing.
Hopefully those of you who follow the Quaranteam universe have also noticed a few new storylines have sprung up - Project RED, and Break Glass ICE. Both of these projects have had long gestations, but I'm very pleased to welcome S_Bradshaw to the Quaranteam universe, and congratulate lokisluckwriting for another great start. The kernel for Break Glass sprung from an idea I had for a QT story that I just didn't have time to put to paper - what if a guy who didn't think of himself as anyone's first choice suddenly turned out to be everyone's first choice? I tossed it out in the writer's room and said if anyone wanted to take a run with it, they could, and loki has a great start which will hopefully continue onward.
Someone asked for a list of all the currently known, or in progress QT stories, not including any of my miniseries that have concluded, so here's that list:

Does it look like it's a lot? Because it feels like it's a lot. That said, I think there's so many more great stories to be told. If you've pitched to me in the past and I didn't get back to you, I apologize - there's been a ton on my plate and I haven't been following through as well as I should. If you sent me something and haven't heard back from me or feel like you're waiting on me, please reach again. That said, we're working on a new streamlined system that'll get your pitch in front of the writer's room, and we'll see how that does. The idea is to get you more feedback for your idea early on and help you polish your idea into something ready for primetime, makes sure you're following the rules about continuity and content, and that helps your idea focus on its unique aspects.
Lemme wrap with the upcoming public schedule: 6/7 - QTUM 6; 6/14, MG21, QT2:33; 6/21 - MG 22 (finale), QTPT22; 6/28 - QT: Selected Servicing 1.
It's been a hell of a week, and it's only Wednesday, and this chaotic weekend is yet to come. But we'll get through it. Promise.

Thanks for the list. That really helps. Maybe if you do a list again like this, you could indicate which of the stories can be found in Lit. Great work, thx
