A day's passed and responses have slowed down, most likely meaning that anyone who wanted to submit a response has done so already. I'll go through this question by question and provide what I interpret from the results.

Are you subscribed to the Swell Reads Patreon? If so, why? If not, do you feel anything is currently "missing" anything that would entice you to subscribe?

There were a lot of "Yes, because X and Y" (mostly "I want to support the actresses" and "I enjoy seeing the stories be given voices") and "I want to but don't have money"-type answers, which bodes very well. There were also a few "No, because there isn't enough W or Z" (mostly being "I'm not a fan of the kinks in the stories").

Which of the following kinks do you enjoy?

Nothing out of the ordinary here. Inflation and belly stuff is generally preferred over miscellaneous other fetishes. Popping and bursting has slightly more votes than expected, which I can personally appreciate. Gas has a lower-than-expected number of votes, which might be due to how little of it gets posted on YouTube.

Which do you enjoy the most?

Unsurprisingly, most voted for female inflation (i.e. the only thing that's been uploaded for about a year now). Female furry expansion, while a minority, is at least significant. I might upload a furry comic dub eventually, but the vast, vast majority of stuff I upload is still gonna be gals with skin.

Also of note is the fact that out of the 34 responses, literally none of them answered with Male furry expansion. Price is Right fail horn goes here.

Which of the following platforms do you often use?

YouTube was far and away the most popular platform, followed by deviantArt in second. I'll be giving deviantArt more attention starting either April or May.

What Swell Reads content do you enjoy the most?

Here's a surprising result. It seems SFX'd up story dubs are actually much preferred over comic dubs, and obviously regular story dubs are least preferred.

If more $30 and $60 Patreon tier slots were to be opened on the Patreon page, would you be interested?

Most aren't interested in the topmost slots, but that's to be expected. I'll consider opening an extra $30 slot or two at most.

If you were in charge of Swell Reads, what changes would you make to the Patreon tiers?

90% of the answers were either just "looks fine to me" or "more X or Y inflation pl0x", not much of note. There was one response suggesting a charge-per-release (similar to how imbapovi charges), which I would heavily consider if it weren't for the fact that Patreon disables the option to charge per creation once you opt for upfront payment.

What content would you like to see from Swell Reads that is not currently featured?

There were a lot more substantial answers here. I'll post some that particularly caught my eye:

Original content might be interesting. If the narrators feel they're well-versed enough in inflation tropes, maybe they can release audio files of voice RPs between each other? It would help advertise them as showing their prowess with various role types.

Stories better edited for audio performance. Convert short stories to a script with sfx first rather than just reading them word for word and tacking on some sfx. Eg. No need for the narrator to say “said <character name>” after every sentence if the line is spoken in a character’s voice, no need for the narrator to describe sound effects if they are present, etc.

More user requested/made stories as some had been requested but never put to recording

Maybe short scenes that are tied to an image with SFX instead of just stories? Visual media is a huge element and even one image to reference a audio clip can make a difference in attracting attention.
