Weekly Update - 9/13/23
Added 2023-09-13 21:51:09 +0000 UTCSo it'll be pretty light this week, because I'm in the middle of vacation, writing this update on WiFi in a cabin at a resort lodge in the middle of the central north forest.
A few days left in the next poll, but the current leader is Amor Ex Machina, with CARP and Threadbinders a close second.
Not sure what I'll put out for Friday, but I'm sure I'll start work on it tonight, so it'll hit Friday, and I'll also be sure to get stuff to the public sites on time. Public drops for the near future look like this: 9/16 - Before The Storm 6, 9/23 - QT2:5.5(Intermission 1), 9/30 - 7SMM 7, 10/7 - Pack 3, Devil's Details 7. Not gonna lie, it's been fun watching the public panic about what the hell happened to Andy at the end of QT2:5, which Patrons did six months ago. Sadly, get comfortable or get subscribing.. you won't get that answer until October... I didn't think it was that much of a cliffhanger, but apparently I was wrong...

It's a tool in the toolkit, but I think it's one of those tools that gets overused to generate excitement when honestly a good story should always have you interested in what comes next. Natural cliffhangers are, generally, fine, but a lot of people sort of force them, I think...

2023-09-14 02:08:54 +0000 UTCI am surprised that you say that about the cliffhangers. I believe that most people find them annoying but useful. You can’t argue with success when it comes to your stories, people can’t get enough. Not ass kissing, just pointing out facts.
