Weekly Update - 6/7/22

Lesson learned: I shouldn't go six months between chapters of anything. It took quite a while to get back into the Threadbinders voice, so I'm going to make sure that if it gets to a point where we haven't touched something in six months, I'm just going to do another chapter of it, which means I'm going to try to do chapters of Si Verax Sum and Janus Coins: John's Story this month, before I get too damn rusty and they fall out of my brain completely. Also, the next Threadbinders chapter probably won't be so doom'n'gloom, but sometimes the story takes me where it takes me.

I just posted an archive post for all Tier 2s and up that includes basically everything that they've ever had access to as a single ZIP file which contains all the PDFs. I'll try and do those twice a year, so that newer subscribers can just come and search for the most recent archive post and get caught up on everything that's been made available over the years. Speaking of which, can you believe we're coming up on two years pretty quick? It feels like only yesterday I was launching this whole thing with the expectation of total failure.

It's nice to be wrong every now and then.

I also started in work on a project that'll eventually come to light here that's on commission, but it'll be a bit before most people see anything from that, because I want to be sure I'm getting in right and that it's delivering, since it's something a lot of people have been asking for. You might think you know what's coming, and you might be right! But you'll have to be patient, because I want to make sure it works before it's even vaguely public.

Also of note, I saw "Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse" not once but twice since my last weekly update. Yeah, it really is that damn good. If you have any love of superheroes at all, go see this film. It's so glorious.

If you were wondering about the delays in getting updates out to Literotica, there were some problems on their end with getting .doc files uploaded for story posts, and because I use a decent amount of italics in my work, I decided to wait rather than just carry on without italics. It seems like they've got things fixed now, so they should be getting caught up soon.

Tomorrow I'll throw up the first of the two monthly polls for what I'm writing on 6/17, and that'll run through the weekend, as well as getting the poll for who the next QT profile should be.
