Quaranteam - Book 1 (FINAL)
Added 2023-02-27 00:43:46 +0000 UTCIt's been a long time coming, but here is the final version of Quaranteam Book 1, with loads of edits, revisions, cleanups and plenty of reworks in some of the earlier chapters, as I hammered together the timeline into something much more consistent. I did include a version of the Cast of Characters as well at the end.
Now, keep in mind, the print/commercial version of this, which will be dropping within the next week or two, will also include a lot more things - there's a Foreword/Afterword, all five chapters of Piper's Prelude, and it'll include 2:1 in it as well. None of that is story essential so if you're tight for cash, I completely understand. That said, if you'd like to have a version bought directly FOR Kindle, or if you'd like to have a physical copy sitting on your shelves (or to give to friends!) I hope you'll consider purchasing the version that'll go up on Amazon within next couple of weeks. And I'd love to see pictures of readers with their physical copies out there in the wild.
But you patrons have all been so generous, I wanted you all to have the first crack at the revised book one. Thanks especially to rickshaw, patient1 and Breakthebar, all of whom helped immensely with the edits and with getting the timeline hammered into something resembling consistency. I've tried to do both a PDF and an epub version, so you can pick whichever flavor is more to your pleasure.
I'm exhausted, but there's still loads of stuff to do, and I want to try and get the physical version ready within the next couple of days, so we'll see how it goes. It feels like a hell of an accomplishment. Enjoy!
