Quaranteam Bonus Profile/Poll

I'll be doing the polls pretty early in the month for the next few months in regards to QT, as the plotting is important. Also, Aisling's profile, attached here, is a bit longer than normal, for reasons I think are obvious. But don't forget to vote for next month too!
