i love the down to earth messages in this, the internet is full of step 1, step 2, step 3 posts of minis that deffo took 30+ hours but are implied to be super fast "tabletop army painting standards" that makes people feel a lot worse about their own hobby. refreshing to hear "its a marathon not a sprint there is no replacement to just putting the time in, and set a realistic goal for what you are painting for"
