Small Tier Update

I reformatted the tier listing so it's less bulky and it's clearer what the difference between each tier is. No tier rewards have gone away, just presented in a new way.
However, the $10 tier has been updated to add two new rewards.
- Livestreams
- Commission discount
The livestreams will be on discord. There isn't a set schedule, it'll be casual. I'll likely do a livestream when I know I have a few hours I can actually sit down and work; at least once a week. Though until anybody joins and has the reward, I may not livestream seeing as it'd be to nobody.
The discount is for 20% off of commissions once a month. That means that once a month, you can get a commission that's 20% off. If more than one commission is wanted, only the first one would be discounted. But don't worry, you can wait until next month and use the discount again. There are two reasons why it's only once a month: To promote sticking around (rather than joining, getting a few commissions at once, then dipping), and fairness to other commissioners (so non-subscribers have a chance at getting their commission done).
I hope these new rewards are satisfactory.
