[Behind the Scenes] Undyne Workout
Added 2021-01-29 00:08:37 +0000 UTCI've just completed an small animation with Undyne from Undertale. It's about a minute long softcore animation of Undyne doing some chin-ups as part of her exercise routine. Some nice close and intimate shots.
The bad (for me) news is that due to the model's hair using a particular shader, I need to render this in cycles instead of eevee. This will take quite a lot longer than I want, but I'm putting in the time rendering whenever I can. The math suggests the rendering alone could take over a week, maybe more. But I have a small back log of releases at the moment, so I should be fine. Plus I can still work on other projects during the day while this renders over nights. Silver lining: cycles will make it look really nice.
