Hi boys so I agree with the majority in pricing $20 for patrons. I know everyone is awaiting the release -- and I've been working diligently to make sure it gets done. It's in the sound recording/scoring and polishing phase. As my most lengthy project, I don't want to get sloppy so I'm giving it the time it needs. Tuesday is the new est. release date. Sorry :(

Hopefully sooner, I'm on pins and needles here. 😍

Your reasoning is sound, but she needs to be careful here too; the problem with pricing too low, while perhaps delivering a short term success, will lead to unrealistic expectations for future price points. The $1 per sfx minute is the gold standard I think, and she could be a bit generous and lower that by -$5 for non Patrons and -$10 for existing Patrons. Anything less is just devaluing her work, which you quite rightly say has a much much higher complexity and production value than the competition! People must expect to pay for quality, plain and simple.

As someone who has spent a substantial amount of time watching gts videos and seeing prices I can see this is a conundrum. Any sfx video Ive seen on the market over 20 mins usually runs around 25-30 though a lot of times a good amount is filler such as talking or one repetitive scene with some dialogue taped over it. Romas content is definitely more complex than that so 30$ seems reasonable to me. However a 20$ price tag would probably draw in a lot more buyers especially with the places like youtube, giantesszone, and clips4sale showing your high end content for such a cheap price. All in all I (personally) would prefer one single clip no matter what you decide price wise.

I think $20 is certainly fair especially since you don't have a lot of "filler" in your videos the way other producers do.

That's not too long, and the price seems like a happy price.

Making the video as one whole part is probably the best way to do it. I just think $20 is too low though

Absolutely as ONE. Perhaps mark is down to $20 for the Patreons but then $30 (or even $25) for the normal public in a month or whenever. I'm DYING (just like the step-son and his friends) to see it ASAP. Sounds like it's done and you're just in a dilemma of the store set-up. I look forward to it!

I'd prefer one film as everything seems easier that way. Perhaps you could sell it at 25 it something. But yeah one part would probably be a stronger video overall.
