I love both songs. In my opinion, GGUM is that iconic song that make thing...yup this song proof why Yeonjun always get #1 for all category in every single monthly evaluation sine he enter Bighit and earned him "Bighit Legendary Trainee". He can play it safe by using song like Boyfriend but he show us GGUM. As for lyrics, beside ItsAndyAndJas channel, I also recommend translatingTXT from twt explaining the nuance of GGUM ( https://x.com/translatingTXT/status/1838195235966353828 ). IMO there's no better people who can explain this meaning & nuance other than Korean people themselves.

GGUM is exactly what I thought it would be, a little cheeky with the lyrics with a playful but skillful dance! It screams Yeonjun so much! I am so happy it is doing so well :) I really really recommend watching his inkigayo performance. He treats it more like a concert than a music show it’s so good!

They're Korean-American, have been KPOP stans since they were in middle school and are bi-lingual, which is super helpful for international fans. I also posted to another reactor's site that MOA have been saying GGUM can be interchangeable with KKUM, which means dream in Hangul - Yeonjun fulfilling his dream of putting out his first solo mixtape with full promotion by BigHit. Going back to Boyfriend, his vocals were lovely! Impressed with the bridge, his ad libs and the vibe of the song. The drama did look corny. I prefer Kdramas like D.P. , Glory and that monster one on Netflix (that was great!). And Beomgyu did slay on the TikTok, he's recovered so well after his injury; you can see his hyung encouraging him to ham it up!
