Those are prescription glasses, Jiwoong doesn't have the best eye sight. He always wears lenses but they dry his eyes so much.

The center announced survival shows have big power toward the center, like the MNET PD series. So it's expected that fans expect benefits according to the ranking, especially the center benefits. Most of this solo stan problem comes with WK1 not dividing benefits according to ranking/popularity & demand. And survival shows have always crowed by solo stans & sunb fandom fanwars, bcuz before the group it's always been their bias who they voted like their lives depend on.

No matter what else is true, they're young people in a high-stress environment, doing their best while being set up to fail over and over again. Even if some of them react badly sometimes, it just means they're human. The editing is designed to create conflict and get people riled up to drive up ratings ☹️ once you see it, though, you won't fall for it as easily in the future 💜

We know there wasn't a lot of actual drama because if there was they wouldn't have had to work so hard to blow small conflicts out of proportion. Poor Matthew.

2024-08-13 17:04:38 +0000 UTCGahhh the way they tried to start beef between Hanbin and Matthew is ridiculous and warning, they will drag it out as long as possible. 54:51 THIS MOMENT. Jongwoo is exactly the type of leader that Ma Jingxian needed. MJX has shown time and time again that he is capable of pulling off a good performance and does practice hard, but he tends to stray away from pack and do things on his own when being part of a group means you should work things out together. Jongwoo is always very firm with his words and is always about putting the group first. Like he said, he is willing to listen to everyone's thoughts and ideas but if they weren't benefitting of the group overall and just for personal gain, then he's not going to take that in to consideration. He straightup told MJX that he couldn't just take a few lines of a part because he liked that part because the parts have already been divided up and because Jongwoo was gentle but firm with his tone, MJX immediately back down and understood. Then throughout practice Jongwoo just kept him in check and MJX seemed to respect that and didn't stray away or cause futher issues. I love Jongwoo. He's great and it was amazing to see his ungodly rise going from 67th place to 38th to 15th. Woongki and Seowon duo is ✨ICONIC✨ they matched each other's energy so well. They're hilarious and well loved by the other guys. 1:24:59 the point of them showing the 28th place candidate before voting closed was definitely for DRAMA. I think it was basically to add drama to Woongki and the "Feel Special" Team. I remember how brutal the internet was to Shauibo even for this moment. People were basically blaming him as if he was the cause of Woongki almost geting eliminated and him practically having a panic attack here. But in reality, Woongki's ranking had been declining for a few weeks, even before Feel Special so idk how Shauibo was the cause of it. Anyways, so glad it worked out in the end and Woongki survived. He's such a joy to have around Boys Planet. He's so unapologetically himself. 1:44:08 Lol, look at how Krystian is smiling here, this guy was so glad he's eliminated. I remember being sad he didn't survive to the next round but literally, as soon as the episode ended, he posted a photo of himself on Instagram with the caption "I'm Free" Btw, they did way more than 2 activites doing the whole field day segment. They did upload some more of it on youtube. Also, just a sidenote, I was literally playing Genshin when I was watching this XD

2024-08-13 16:48:41 +0000 UTCI think one of the best things about Boys Planet is seeing how talented many of the trainees are and the bond they created with each other. I absolutely love the top 18 and so many of the other trainees in the top 50. While Boys Planet was airing, there was so much hate towards some of these trainees, with people calling them ugly, cringey, and other hateful things without any valid reasons. It was sad to watch some of these trainees lose confidence. And I still see some of these comments even a year after the show ended. I wish we could support all of them!

2024-08-13 16:33:30 +0000 UTCThe fact that they never aired any of the elimination/safe speeches Shauibo did and barely aired any interview segments of him throughtout the show. The only time we got any Shauibo screentime was during "Feel Special" and some behind the scenes footage and I think that's also a contributing factor on how MNET was able to paint him as the bad guy and craft a "character" of him because we literally knew nothing of his personality unless you looked him up or watched the previous survival show he was on.

I like watching you react to Boys Planet cuz your way of thinking about certian moments that happen sometimes help me see things i may have missed or seen in different light when i watched it by myself. So i get to know/see things in other perspective and be more understanding that i may not have been before(if that make sense) .Especially in previous episodes. Excited for another episode and hope to see it soon.
