2024-07-13 14:39:04 +0000 UTCYeah, I think Chaeryoung IS Itzy's main dancer iirc. Really though, she and Ryujin are about neck in neck in terms of abilities. And Yeji and Yuna aren't far behind. Lia, their main vocal is also a very good dancer but noticeably the weakest of the 5 and got a lot of rude comments about it. It's just been announced that she's coming back from her hiatus now after nearly a whole year so hopefully people will be nicer to her.

2024-07-12 22:43:33 +0000 UTCOkay this is a very specific to me thing but it just struck me that one of the reasons this show really disgusted me actually has very little to do with the actual show. I started talking to a Somi fan on Twitter at one stage and it started to turn into a real friendship. Up until he described the Sixteen shirt that the girls wore in this episode as 'false advertising' and I realised pretty quickly that this guy was actually a predator. But I really for a long time blamed the show for allowing those children to be put on tv and in a situation where people would speak about them like that....

2024-07-12 22:08:04 +0000 UTCNatty isn't the only one too young for such a mature concept. Yeah, she's only 13 so I get the concern but Somi's 14 so not exactly a whole lot better. I think because Somi is mixed race, she is perceived by some people as older than she actually is when in reality, she is also SO young as well.
