I think JYP started to see that before their initial group was to debut and that's why he pulled them into this competition. I don't know what you were listening to, but her performance was bad. And you could tell from Jihyo and Nayeon's reaction, they knew it too.

And she did another Ariana cover that is also on the same level. So don't even try to tell me she doesn't have that kind of voice!! Ugh

Now, if you suddenly decide you need to invest in plastic pants & leather underwear and/or see through shirts and nipple tape...maybe that should give you pause. Although if you consider 2007 with WonSoKa the beginning of 2nd gen, I guess they're very late first gen). They're iconic for having a sexy grown woman concept at a time that groups like S.E.S were going for a clean, fresh fairy concept. If you remember Momo's 'Paradise Lost' cover from episode 2, that was one of GaIn's solo songs.

Prior to Sixteen, she was on K-Pop Star, then Sixteen, then Produce 48, then Street Woman Fighter and then Queendom Puzzle. I think she must be an incredibly strong young woman. JYP never debuts siblings together. Ostensibly because it would knock off group dynamics to debut a group who are still getting to know one another, meanwhile you have siblings there who are thick as thieves. However personally I think it's probably so that one family won't have oversized influence on contract negotiations. Knowing that, Chaeyeon left JYP so that Chaeryoung could debut with Itzy. She knowingly took the more riskier and uncertain path in order for her sister to debut.

There's nothing wrong with her weight but she gained extra weight due to the stress of 6Mix's debut falling apart. Everyone's weight fluctuates anyhow and it doesn't matter but it's a non-issue because JYP has seen her grow up and should KNOW that this is not the norm for her and once she debuts and starts actively promoting, that weight would fall right off of her...

But my god does that line of thinking drive me INSANE. Personally, I feel like engaging in that side of toxic fandom has only led to regret in the long term. Like I could've enjoyed 2ne1 while they were active but decided not to because I was a Sone and therefore 'wasn't allowed'. And then it was the same with A Pink. And theoretically I suppose, should've been the same with Twice, but for whatever reason, I didn't bother boycotting. It's a completely meaningless thing to do. These newly debuted children aren't hurting your group and checking them out ISN'T disloyalty to your bias group. I just wish people who DO engage in this behaviour would realise that they're the only ones they could be hurting by doing this and maybe they might be depriving themselves of something they'd really love.
