THE RISE OF BANGTAN | Chapter 05 | REACTION

A recap of the American Hustle Life moment!
This episode was good but since I have already seen American Hustle Life it was a more chill reaction.  Still a lot of fun and I look forward to next week!

THE RISE OF BANGTAN | Chapter 05 | REACTION

Comments

I remember when I first became army I had started watching all their old Bangtan Bombs in order (I watched on Bangtan Subs since old ones don't have eng subs most still don't) I got to see more of their personalities along with run bts show. But I didn't realize what a cutie pie Suga could be, it was really nice seeing his playful side all of the members really. I like how in the beginning it was literally just the members goofing off with cameras themselves in waiting rooms or back stage then staff started recording them too. Because they weren't able to promote on a lot of music shows in the beginning they utilized youtube even before debut doing logs there & after debut Bangtan Bombs so lots of free content to connect with fans. Started a twitter to connect even more, they were utilizing platforms that at the time not a lot of groups were or at least to that extent with as much content. For them it was a way to promote themselves since they couldn't do a lot of the normal promotions kpop groups could do. Now it's become pretty standard in the industry to have lots of youtube content & twitter page etc. Bangtan Bombs https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLbaRmJ5dKOtsapymDDvenMofKWX9anAZ5 Youtube Logs https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLbaRmJ5dKOttZWMZ2sXaZI9KBCDN1OeSV BTS Kkul (Honey) FM 06.13 Radio Festa BTS Birthday https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLbaRmJ5dKOtuEpAuehvEffXoYsoWBJCG4 This was a "radio show" hosted by Suga as the DJ and was the format of the Festa BTS birthday Celebrations from the 1st one or 100 days to 2014-2017. From 2018 on it became Dinner Parties instead of the Radio Show Celebrations. Later Suga would revive the Kkul (Honey) FM 06.13 Radio Show during the pandemic on Vlive. From Wings album and on RM started doing album "Behind" where he goes into some detail about how the songs were made. I always found these so interesting you can tell RM loves discussing the process he talks faster the more excited he gets lol. RM's Wings Behind story https://weverse.io/bts/live/0-105457236

totally agree with everything you said about ahs. it was a struggle to continue after the beginning (‘prank’ & coolio), it put a bad taste in my mouth & i had low expectations after all that,, but i’m glad i finished the show because while it’s not something i necessarily plan to watch again, (the rest of) it was a great experience for the boys, they clearly took a lot of it to heart & learned to appreciate the entire culture even more. :)

I think this is the last episode that is basically just a recap of one of their series - so from here on out it should be more of a mix of things you haven't seen before. Covers would be a fun thing to react to, they used to do them a lot in the early years before they had their own albums and reputation to pull from - so you'd get a lot of young bangtan!

I kno I'm petty, but how they started Hustle Life w/ the kidnapping "prank" and Coolio being a D**k in MY opinion I just could not warm up to the show. It got better and I finished it, but I don't go back to it if I can help it. Also that whole thing w/ the guy putting his hands on Jin!?...yeah no. I saw ROB when I was baby ARMY so it was a lot of new content to me, I think u get more out of it if ur not too familiar w/ the Tannies yet. I think that's why I didn't get too much out of the new Disney+ doc. The new interviews is what made that doc.
