I LOVED this episode!  I had no idea that Hyunjin and Changbin were this close & cute!  LOL.  Plus the 'Streetlight' song sounds incredible.

[2 Kids Show] Ep.07 Changbin X Hyunjin | reaction

This is my fave pair in stray Kids! I love their friendship a lot. Their (sometimes over the top) hilariousness is fun to watch and you can see how comfortable they are with each other. "Streetlight" sounds great, I haven't heard it before and I was kind of overwhelmed listening to it. I have to listen to the original version. Through this series I realized that I have to catch up to so many songs - they produce too much lol.

I loved this reaction. I've read through the comments here and there is nothing left I can say, haha. Just wanted to leave a comment since you're always putting out so nice reactions for Stray Kids. I really appreciate this so much. I always love sitting here, watching your thoughts on them, which is very cool. Believe me not all reactors pause to take time, to tell us what they're thinking of what's happened or said in the video that moment. I don't know, I just love your reactions a lot!

Love this pair. Hyunjin is always ready to laugh, and Changbin is always ready to make him laugh. It contrasts their lovely serious and sensitive sides.

You posted this when I was at work lol. I'm just getting to watch it now

Queen SuA's InSomnia

right? they went from bickering during dance practice to sharing a bathroom willingly lol but that's the great part about maturing

What a nice reaction and great episode. It is my favourite friendship in SKZ (though I love them all together and separately) and my favourite episode as well together with the next one. These two are really very close since the start and still living together surely helps as well. And I feel that Hyunjin is the closest to 3Racha in general (not that he is not close with others). So their mutual friendship influenced him into creating music as well. Cause he was the first one to start writing music after our three main writers and producers and he said himself that almost all of his songs he wrote and produced together with Chan. Not surprised he ended up living with these three as he is with Chan all the time working on his new songs or with Changbin eating or working out)). And you are right as for Chan. He is almost in every their song. Can’t imagine when he has time to sleep, poor man….. Also I think that Changbin was actually more talking about another Hyunjin’s song “Cover me” when he was describing the unusual structure and beautiful lyrics. I don’t know if you listened to it yet, but “Cover me” got to be on SKZ last album Rock Star and it is truly a masterpiece and my favourite one of Hyunjin’s together with “Red Lights” and “Contradicting”. I hope Hyunjin continues with his poetic lyrics instead of simple ones, cause he writes beautiful and heartbreaking songs. “Can I call you” has the simplest lyrics comparing to all other Hyunjin’s songs. So we can’t really compare it to Changbin’s “Street light” , cause it is one of the most powerful songs written by him (at least it’s my favourite one of all his songs). It is also Hyunjin’s favourite as well. He has mentioned many times how “Street light” lyrics resonate with him a lot. And I am happy he had a chance to sing this song with Changbin here. Have fun watching next episode and thanks for reacting to these wonderful young men.

lol, I always forget that Han and Hyunjin didn’t get along. It’s like night and day as compared to now 😂

changbin has always been really reliable and caring to the younger members in the group. when you get into the 2022 2 Kids Room you'll see how much he pays attention and how easily he seems to grasp the members on their own and even how they interact with each other. he's definitely a wallflower. a little fun fact because i don't know if you got into that lore yet is that as trainees, hyunjin and han didn't get along. changbin was actually a huge reason why they became friends in the end.

I really enjoyed this reaction! It’s always fun seeing you learn more about the members. I love 2 Kids content because you get to see them talk very candidly about themselves and this episode was just really cute and lovely because of how close these two are. I watched 2 Kids Room (the one they did in 2022) when I was first learning about Stray Kids and it probably played a part in making me a STAY because you could see how much they care about each other and the team. I think this is my favorite episode of 2 Kids Show too. The dynamic for 2 Kids Show is kind of different from a regular 2 Kids Room since there is an MC, but this episode felt more similar to a regular 2KR because of how open and naturally they talked to each other and about each other (not that I don’t like there being an MC because how else would we get Lee Know teasing Changbin or getting the tea from guests lol). I absolutely LOVE the song Streetlight. I’m so glad they chose to perform it. For more context, Changbin wrote it when he was stressed and having a hard time. He said it was the first time he really mentally struggled like that so he didn’t know what to do. As you have probably picked up on, he's kind of a pillar or “streetlight” in Stray Kids that the other members feel like they can rely on- even Chan. Because of this, he felt like he couldn’t talk to anyone about his problems as (he felt) it would be hypocritical to burden the people that he is trying to give strength to. Instead, he just hid his pain and blamed himself more for feeling the way he did... and despite all that, since he didn’t want to show his “weakness,” on the outside he still looked like a bright, cheerful streetlight. He wrote the song to comfort himself and others who are going through something similar. Anyway, I just love everything about the song, the touching melody, the beautiful metaphors/imagery in the lyrics, the way Changbin effortlessly changes his singing and rap tone to match the emotions of the lines… It's good stuff. Last thing since you mentioned how, during the survival show, Changbin would help Hyunjin with his rap and pronunciation. One of my favorite things about watching older Stray Kids content is that you can see the parallels to more recent stuff. When they were recording the 5-STAR album Changbin went into the booth to help Hyunjin practice his part and it reminded me so much of when he helped Hyunjin practice before he recorded ‘Spread My Wings’ in the survival show. Another similar parallel I noticed is Changbin directing Felix over the years. Felix mentioned in 2KR that he can feel nervous with the person directing his recording but Changbin would sense that and help him feel more comfortable. In the ‘I Am Who’ album intro it showed Changbin directing Felix and he was using this very over the top tone when complimenting him to encourage him. When watching the album intro for ‘Maniac’ I noticed that- four years later- he was using exactly the same tone.

This kind of content is so fun as every pair has it's own dynamics and there's always something interesting to learn. 'HyuniBini' sometimes do vlives together and they are hilarious. There's also a vlog where they go bowling for future ref! Streetlight is SO good, this is one of my fave performances of this season. It's normally a Changbin solo but he's never done a full performance as far as I know. There's an MV so you'll get to it in your list eventually but the MV doesn't have captions, so I would recommend reading some lyrics at the time as it's so touching and kind of broke everyone's heart.

the lyrics to streetlight, the full version done by changbin, is like the MOST heartbreaking and somehow sweet song i know in kpop. its gorgeous

steyn broere

these two have such a funny dynamic, changbin constantly flirts with hyunjin (can't blame him) and hyunjin seems to find it hilarious lol. they've always been so comfortable with each other, it's sweet
