But the first 30 minutes is pretty much all new content + cute reactions to their own performances. I enjoyed this episode even though I could have skipped the last part LOL!

Ah of course, that makes sense! No z in hangul so it IS pronounced Joa, I just couldn't figure out how it was written in this alphabet >.< And yeah, as you said in your other comment, Mnet could be playing some trickery. Bora's my favourite of the main vocalists so I really do hope her rank rises.

2023-08-06 10:27:49 +0000 UTCThe recap was better than I thought it would be. Honestly a joy watching it with you Sir Austin like I'm not the only one thinking the same things as I'm seeing it. That Fye and Bora dance battle had me ROLLING ! HAHAHAHA. XD Bora really is a genre on her own! I wish we had seen all of this unseen content before the elimination... makes me sad to see them again since it feels a little too late :( Still it was nice to see them smiling and happy. Rewatching the early performances again, made me focus on Riina a lot more. I hope she is featured more but seeing the last vote (end of the ep), I don't have confidence she will make it. Still at least she has a group she can go back to. Some others do not :( Overall a fun episode. Looking forward to the Semi-finals!

2023-08-06 09:34:06 +0000 UTCYea I kind of saw Yeonhee as an underdog story. Bu her fighting spirit was quite charming and she looks amazing with blonde hair. I also think they tried to edit Riina as a villain too with her facial expressions toward Jihan or whenever the other team performed. It felt really misleading and misplaced. I agree that Hwiseo was made to look a bit selfish and she is younger than most of the contestants but I can understand that it's important to show yourself when you know you have the skills to do so. Considering that H1-Key wasn't as popular as others before the show it felt like she was trying hard to show their group had talent. And it was her voice that I believe was what made the Rose Blossom song stand out. (not just her or her voice but it was mentioned being very unique.) Really just saying that I agree with what you said lol. Took a bit of time to watch the episode knowing it was going to be a recap of sorts and seeing the eliminated contestants being shown made me a bit sad rather than happy.

I feel like that's not the name of a contestant but that's what I'm getting from the hangul. I only have very basic Korean though so likely my fault), Jiwon, Pai. REALLY didn't expect Bora that low.

I THINK 'candidates to advance to the final' just means the people ranked 8-14. I think next week is the semi final. I THINK with the 5 eliminated, we're at 21 now. So 7 more eliminated next week. Idk if the girl on the top is the top ranking or if it's the girl at the bottom as she'd be sitting at the front. But current 8-14 is Dohwa, Suyeon, Elly, Wooyeon, Juri, Jiwoo, Jihan. So I THINK Dohwa's number 8 etc. But I could possibly have that back to front. ..I'm very pleasantly surprised with Elly. With how inactive Weki Meki have been, I didn't think she'd have enough of a fanbase left to get behind her.

It’s honestly so freaking cute… and they were so funny … they ate, drank, talked and sang… even a little bit of dance too!! They actually added an extra 15 min clip of jungkook singing karaoke on the set after yoongi left to go home 😂 them doing “that that” together was one of the highlights of the episode!! You had been wanting to listen to some jungkook vocals a couple weeks ago.. but don’t think you ever did.. but this truly is such a fun and funny episode.. also endearing… and then the singing clips were honestly so good… even got a rap song from jungkook and yeh he flexed his rap skills for sure, they talked about yoongis tour and stuff also… really such a special episode!!

I just thought they showed a lot of things not going her way but she always made the best of it to really get a chance to show herself properly. Like no matter what she did she always didn’t get the part she wanted, or didn’t get the concept she wanted and then that whole thing with the queendom vs puzzle team and nobody was going to her team and everyone was going to keis… I always thought they showed her in sympathetic light.. smart for changing the chore from the last dance challenge to help Ella land safely in the choreo and she always had an uphill battle basically… but I love her. She’s super cute, kind and just wants to be able to show her best and try new things. Only real villain like ppl I caught on to was bora .. obviously.. and she kinda irked me in the beginning with certain things she said or did… but I started to love her a couple episodes in.. and she seems to get along with everyone and very liked.. so made it look like evil editing per usual… also a little bit with hwiseo.. they made her seem a bit selfish a couple times… she kinda reminds me of the spoiled youngest member of a group lol you love them, they’re so talented… but sometimes can think too much about themselves instead of others a bit .. not always and it was pretty minor… seemed out of frustration more than anything. It’s interesting how different ppl pick up different things in different ways… it’s cool to me. Always fun to watch something with you!!! The whole recap thing is a bit annoying tho lol to me anyway.. I’m impatient 😂
